We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness of the rooms, the hotel facilities, the close proximity to the slopes, and the helpfulness of the staff. We were able to check in early without any issues, and the reception was very helpful. Although there was a slight issue with our rooms initially, the staff quickly resolved it by moving us to the correct room. As recompense, they waived our cleaning charge for the week. The location of this hotel was also great, as it was very close to the slopes.
Nothing that we didn't like.

During Christmas, we booked a place for our ski trip. We were able to check-in early without any hassle, and the receptionist was attentive. the place had an excellent spot and it's convenient for ski slopes and other activities. We also appreciated that we were able to cook our meals in the fully equipped kitchen.
It was stressful to move to another room because of the mistake made by the staff, and we had to bear the inconvenience of moving.

The location was excellent as it was very close to the slopes, making it very convenient for us to go skiing. the room we stayed in was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was spacious. the staff at the reception were very helpful, even though they were understaffed. They allowed us to check in early and resolved an issue with our room by waiving the cleaning charge for the week. the service was commendable.
The lifts in the hotel were a bit problematic, as they were slow and often did not arrive at certain levels.

The location was excellent and we got great value for our money. We were able to check in early, which was a huge plus, and the staff were very helpful overall. We particularly appreciated that they waived our cleaning charge for the week as a way to make up for giving us the wrong room.
That the reception was understaffed, which resulted in a longer wait time to check in. the lifts were not well-maintained and often didn't arrive at the lower levels as needed.
